The Perfect New Year Resolution: Vacation in Belize
Greetings, on behalf of our company A Plus Adventures Belize we want to wish you all a Happy and Prosperous New Year. I hope that you all had a wonderful time for the Christmas holidays and you are now looking forward to a great start for the new year.
In Belize this time of year is referred to as the ‘maaga’ season. ‘Maaga’ in our local creole dialect means slim or thin. A time after all the spending, merry making and festivities over the last few weeks with family and friend we stretch the little that is left. January is a time when we all get back to reality and try to stay afloat especially financially until the next paycheck.
Tourism on the other hand is abuzz as we are in the peak of the high season here in Belize.
