Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your confirmed tour, your refund may be affected by one of the following measures:
- Cancellation made at least 45 days before departure date: a full refund will be made, minus a 10% administrative charge.
- Cancellation made between 11 – 44 days before departure date: a 50% refund.
Cancellation made up to 10 days before departure date: you will receive a full refund less 10% if your cruise ship or flight does not stop in Belize for any reason, or if weather conditions or other factors force you or us to cancel your reservation.
