Safety guidelines for tour guide/employees
If employee/tour guide is sick, he should not come to work and report the Program Manager. Every tour guide temperature will be checked every day before a tour and logged in the log book.
Every tour guide will be asked the following questions:
- Have you been in close contact with a suspected or confirmed case of COVID 19?
- Are your experiencing a cough, shortness of breath or sore throat?
- Have you had a fever in the last 48 hours?
- Have you had a loss of smell or taste?
- Have you had any vomiting or diarrhea in the last 24 hours?
- Does anyone in your immediate household present these symptoms?
If multiple answers are yes, the employee will be isolated and the response plan will be activated.
New Safety guideline for guests
- All temperature check will be done on each guests at the point of entry of our Vehicles before travel and tours and will be logged.
- All guests are advice to bring along a face mask to be worn whilst inside vehicle at all times. We will provide a face mask if needed
- Guest are advice to bring along hand Sanitizer for their tour. Hand Sanitizers must be use at point of entry of vehicle. We will be providing hand sanitizer for use as well.
- Once outside the vehicle social distancing must be practice at all times during tour.
- Open air travel will be encourage where possible.
- Any symptomatic guest will be isolated and the response plan will be activated.
All guest will be observe for the following symptoms whilst on tour and reported:
Fever, dry cough, headache conjunctivitis, tiredness (before start of tour ), loss of taste and smell, aches and pains, sore throat and diarrhea.
Serious symptoms such as:
Difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, chest pains or pressure.
Any symptom will be communicated via the Ministry of Health App, the hotline 0-800-MOH-CARE and also to the hotel where guest is staying
